With a generous 7,000 sq. ft. to work with, the inhabitants of this Orinda abode sought to infuse their living space with a vivid and vibrant ambiance, mirroring the resplendent jewel tones of Eastern India. Aiming to strike the delicate balance between timeless elegance and the desire to entertain their big family, the challenge was to create a captivating design that would endure the test of time. By incorporating elements that transcend passing trends, the JCD team designed a space that embodies both timelessness and modern appeal. The result is a breathtaking fusion of a neutral foundation, providing a grounding canvas, adorned with carefully curated pops of vibrant colors layered throughout.
